Team SECA had the privilege of attending the AFEEC-FAPECA Conference 2025, hosted by our fellow member association AKLI (Asosiasi Kontraktor Listrik dan Mekanikal Indonesia) at the scenic Ayodya Hotel in Bali, Indonesia.

Over four days, delegates participated in a meaningful exchange of ideas, networking opportunities, and cultural experiences. Highlights included:

Leisure and networking: SECA golfers enjoyed two rounds of golf, while non-golfers explored Bali’s rich heritage and attractions.

Industry discussions: Member countries shared updates and best practices, with key focus on the ASEAN Engineering Installation Handbook initiative.

Leadership milestone: We are proud to share that Mr. John Tan, SECA’s Past President and current Advisor, was appointed as the new President of AFEEC.

The annual AFEEC-FAPECA Conference continues to serve as a vital platform for strengthening collaboration among ASEAN and Asia-Pacific partners—an effort that is even more crucial in today’s challenging economic climate.

We extend our sincere gratitude to AKLI for their warm hospitality, and we look forward to the next conference, which will be hosted by TEMCA in Pattaya, Thailand, in 2026.

AFEEC – The ASEAN Federation of Electical Engineering Contractors is comprised of associations from ASEAN countries Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.

FAPECA – The Federation of Asian and Pacific Electrical Contractors Associations is comprised of AFEEC members and Hong Kong, Korea, and Taiwan.
