In 2016, SECA played host to the AFEEC & FAPECA Conference. The event was held from Wednesday, 28th to Friday, 30th September 2016 in conjunction with iFaME Exhibition 2016.

The conference theme was entitled “SMART”. Member countries presented papers pertaining to Green Technologies which were of great interest for the audience.

SECA also celebrated our 40th Anniversary by the hosting a Gala Dinner in conjunction with AFEEC and FAPECA Conference Welcome Dinner at the Orchard Hotel Grand Ballroom . The event was much celebrated with delegates from Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and Singapore.

Taking opportunity of our overseas guests being in Singapore, SECA also held our Annual Networking Golf Tournament on Friday 30th September 2016 at the Seletar Country Club. The day ended with a dinner combined with AFEEC and FAPECA Conference Farewell Party.
